Review content:
Most students in Ithaca have no idea what their rights are as tenants, and as such are easily mislead by CSP into thinking they are getting a good deal. YOU ARE NOT! Many of the business practices of this company are actually illegal. If you have a real emergency, you are not treated as a respected customer who needs help, but as an unwanted burden. This company does not care about your health, safety, well being or New York State Law. They only care about money.
