I purchased the Mattress set by Symbol. I must say this has been by far the worst set I have ever purchased. I had to exchange it out several times due it sinking in the middle after 2 nights of sleeping on it. The owner Todd was nice about it. However, after 2 tries with the mattress he suggested changing the frame. It seem to work out fine after using the loaner a week to 10 days. He asked if I wanted to keep that particular boxframe or the one that match the mattress. I choose the matching. I had to pay an additonal $49. However, after about 3 nights with this one I'm having the same problem. I was told this set was their best seller. I would steer clear of this particular set. Again, the customer service was great but this is a poor product. I have not had a good night sleep since the 10 days I had the loaner. Now, I'm out of $400 and having to try to stay on the edge of bed because the middle is so sunk in I can feel the frame...Not a happy camper at all.
