Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a woman named Shelby!\r
She would not even attempt to help me with the problems that I had trying to buy on-line yesterday! Avoid this store completely and head over to the Orchard Store where the people are nice and treat you with respect.\r
I will be calling the store manager Ed today as well to voice my complaint about Shelby who should be fired for the way she treats Cricket customers who just want to buy a phone! Why in the world would anybody want to deal with this kind of person is beyond me. Even when I asked if I could please talk to someone else in the store I was told ""NO"" and asked to leave.\r
