The "help" named Heather was to assist me in trimming my dog's nails. She took my 14 month-old dog in "the back", had him muzzled , and had two others sit on him while his nails were trimmed. He urinated on himself. She brought him back in the service room and proceeded to tell me how un-socialized he was My dog was NOT the one in the matter who was un-socialized, Heather! Do not take your pet here if you love them!
