I have been a renter for two years now, and honestly my decision was purely based on price, but I couldn't be happier with my choice. 24/7 access came in handy immediately, moving all my stuff by myself was an all day affair and ran well into the late night. I felt a little uneasy at first due to the presence of someone who appeared to be homeless wandering around trying to see if there were any open units, needless to say I left in a hurry. I left the next day to drive back home to Texas and the next business day I received a call informing me I accidentally did not lock my unit correctly. The lady I spoke with was very helpful, despite my heightened stress level finding out my unit had been open since I left it, she immediately secured my unit and mailed me new keys and all my stuff was accounted for! While I was unhappy about my stupid mistake and what it cost me, I was glad to know that the security of the units is checked regularly enough that my stupid mistake was caught and potentially saved me from losing my possessions. I love that I have access to my unit whenever I want and can come and go as I please. In the two years I have rented I have had one problem arise and it was a mistake email that was quickly retracted.
