I had no problems at all with the customer service I received!!! I walked in not looking my best to get ideas and the young lady that helped me was great. She was very down to earth and totally understood I knew nothing about diamonds. I only knew what I was looking for and she was very happy to help. Ernie (I think that is his name) helped me pick out the perfect diamond and even joked around with me as if I were a friend. He was great also and I ended up finding the perfect bridal set. The price was very reasonable and could not have asked for better than what was provided all the way around.\r
