When I needed a new muffler for my car, I made the mistake of going here rather than the dealership where I bought the car, thinking it would be cheaper. They replaced everything, and included a "lifetime" guarantee. Well, the car immediately started making a strange, intermittent "humming" sound....I brought it back, but they claimed nothing was wrong. After a few weeks of the annoying hum, I brought it back and insisted they replace it under warranty, if they could not fix it...since it never made that sound before. They replaced it all, but it still made the noise!! After that, they said there was nothing more they could do, since it did "work", it.was just noisy. After about a month, it was driving me batty and I was ready to trade the car in! When I went to the dealership for other minor service, I asked them to take a look at it. They cam back in 5 minutes, and told me it was a "generic" muffler, not really meant for that model, and asked where I got it...one of those "discount"
