Went online both 10/13-10/14 to set up appointment. No response, went online again 10/13. then called and spoke with a Jennifer. She told me to take a picture of my electrical box, and send to here at Jennifer@trimelectric.net. Didn't hear back at all within a few days. Called another company who came out the next day and gave me a free estimate.
