Review content:
Meineke managed to give me the oil change and tire rotation I needed with no subsequent problems, but the people who took care of my car were very unfriendly. While I knew I'd be waiting for awhile to have those things done because it was Friday afternoon, it took them even longer than I thought really necessary. Also, during my wait, the staff was very reluctant and rude when accepting the coupon I was using, and no one I spoke to was professional. I give it more than a ""not recommended"" rating only because I had no problems resulting from the oil change or tire rotation.
Pros: No problems following work
Cons: Really poor customer service
