Review content:
After reviewing dental websites for emergency help, I showed up at Aspen Dental in Findlay Oh. The receptionist was really nice, however, she did not help me out. I wanted a tooth pulled ASAP. She informed me that if someone cancelled, then she would call me to come in and do the new patient routine which consisted of cleaning and ex-rays and whatever else then set up an appointment to get the tooth pulled. To me this was the opposite of what an emergency was. I needed help right then and there, not sometime down the road. If they are not offering emergency care to anyone other than their present patients, then the website should say so. I then went to another dentist in the area and they took care of the problem. I was in so much pain that the ""new"" dentist scheduled me for later in the day. They were very nice, explained my options, and did a follow up phone call. They now have my business for future appointments. If only Aspen had followed thru on what their websites offered, emergency care, then I would of been happy to give then my business. As the old saying goes.....you snooze....you loose. Good Bye Aspen!
