Review content:
My Dahn Yoga practice in the past 18 months or so have totally transformed my well being, both physically and mentally. My body was exhausted and had been bothered by thyroid issues. I was unhappy because I was constantly seeking for recognition from people around me. Dahn yoga has helped me regain vitality through opening up my body and my heart through energy. Being more centered and be able to watch my emotion through practice was the turning point of of my life. There was a lot of doubt out there about Dahn yoga. I can say the practice is not mysterious at all. It follows the same prinicple as Tai Chi, Qigong, and the pure form of yoga. All these practice focus not only on physical but also mental and spiritual aspect of our being. I applaud Dahn yoga to take the hard route to make their practice complete in this doubtful culture.
Pros: Quality of class, Instructors, Studio
Cons: Signage may be not so clear
