Outstanding is the only word that accurately describes the professional staff at Gentech in East Vancouver. Absolutely everyone there gets 5 stars from me. I established with Dr Goodman at Gentech 2 years ago when I moved to Vancouver and it's been about as positive an experience as anyone could have going to the dentist. After 2 years that includes regular cleanings, a filling and a crown I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. This month I had to have periodontal surgery & a tooth extraction. It was performed by Dr. Nguyen, DMD, and went so smoothly. Dr. Nguyen even called me later in the day just to make sure I was doing ok. How often does your doctor call you personally to check up on you!
