Review content:
My elderly parents called them up because the supply line under the utility sink was dripping. They came out and replaced 2 shut off valves and 2 water supply lines. Material cost less than $25 and any amateur plumber can do this in 15 minutes. Total charge was $245.00 That is highway robbery. They showed me the bill. I called the company and asked what they would charge to replace these 4 pieces in an existing home. He said $300 to $400. I almost choked. Thats like paying $25 for a gallon of milk. The manager feels good about stealing i guess. I actually thought the plumber was ripping off the company by overcharging the customer, then pocketing the rest. Turns out the whole company is ripping people off. Never use them again I would not recommend anyone to use them in the future. I understand companies wanting to make a profit but my parents took it in the tailpipe from these guys.
