Review content:
After we found out that the repairs to our vehicle were too much to make it worth doing (Wednesday) Marvin’s said we could leave our car there until Saturday at 2pm for a $90 storage fee. On Thursday we went to Marvin’s to clean out the car to make sure where ever it was going the car would be empty. When we arrived we found that the car was on a city street, both passenger side doors where left open and the battery in the car was dead. We also noticed that the car had been torn to pieces. After we returned home and started going through the bags from the car we realized that around $500 in electronics and clothing were missing from the car. When I called Marvin’s on Friday they changed their story from it being a $90 storage fee to a $90 diagnostic fee and that they were not responsible for the missing items because we decided not to have Marvin’s do the repairs. I have taken two vehicles to Marvin’s four different times and spent around $5000 in repair services. However after this incident Marvin’s has lost what was a loyal customer and any future business I would have recommended.
