Review content:
This staff is a bunch of crooks!!!!!I brought a tiller there to get the pull string re-attached and the spring aligned. At first the lady at the service said the charge would be $26 plus parts. I asked her how much would it cost and to look for the parts needed... she explains that it would be $70 for the part. I explained to her that i would rather buy a new one if that's the case. Next thing you know, she explains ... view morethat the part would cost $5.00...Funny how that works. Anyways, I received the tiller six days later and paid around $45 for the labor and parts. Upon putting gas, the lower part of the tiller where the fuel lines are located started to leak. I noticed that they have disconnected the line and I re-attached it myself. It constantly leaked and I called and spoke to Michael and he states to bring it in.It did not leak before taking the tiller to them. Once face to face, he accuses me that I deliberately caused this incident. I explained to him that why would I come here, all the way from Moncks Corner, to bring it to him and spend more money. In addition, I explained to him that I took the tiller here to get the pull string re-attached and that the fuel line did not leak before and now it does. He tells me that his guys are HONEST guys and that they have no intention of deliberately sabotaging for pure profit..... WELL BE FOREWARNED EVERYONE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE BY TAKING MY EQUIPMENT TO GET IT FIXED HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BASED OFF OF THE REVIEWS, THIS IS ANOTHER TESTAMENT THAT THE STAFF ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. AGAIN BE FOREWARNED.
