Review content:
First, I am fairly confident that the review left by jh12345 is the owner Jeff Hund.\r \r Here is my opinion as a customer. Please note I tried to provide details that I hope will help you with your project.\r \r I had a fairly good experience until the build started and the salesman could not communicate with me and could not explain what I was asking for to his workers. They tried a couple of times to fix the issue but the salesman did such a bad job communicating that it was never fixed properly. \r I would be concerned the final details of your project will not be completed correctly.\r For example: I have gutters with damage, I have a decorative truss that is damaged in a very visible location and the soffit looks like it was piece-meal installed. I had to ask multiple times to get the eve and soffit to match the rest of my house. \r Not entirely professional: It was also upsetting that the framer was allowed to be upset with me for asking to have the job done the way I had asked it to be done in the first place. It was not my fault someone told him the wrong thing. It put me in an awkward situation with not being confident the work would be completed correctly at that point since no one wanted to do the work and no one wanted to listen.\r The last time they came out the salesman was demeaning and insulting and accused me of not just lying but also of being overly critical about what I wanted. \r The company sent a second salesman out that was not only helpful but actually listened. I really thought it would work out at that point. However, the first salesman still did the communicating with the workers and could not get it right.\r The issues I had amount to just small details but they changed the entire look of the project. I did not have major issues with ""craftsmanship"" or “plum and level”. The bigger items seem to be okay. I did change a few things and discovered some nails and screws that did not hit their mark but I was not concerned with structure falling down.\r Biggest complaint: When the salesman and I had a disagreement, the salesman spoke to the owner and before he and I could talk, I had an angry owner accusing me of being hard to work with. I was accused of holding up work when I did my best to call early and voice concerns before allowing work to continue. If I had not done that the company would have been forced to re-roof just to correct their mistake.\r If it had not been for the last details, I could recommend this company for the workmanship but I cannot recommend the salesmen. If you have to talk to the owner be prepared for him to talk the side of the salesmen.\r I suppose that if you have a very large project they would be more accommodating but they were eager to move off my project and poor at communicating with me. \r \r \r \r \r
