I've had the pleasure of chatting with Ann for a while to find out exactly how she cleans specific areas of the house. The floors and bathroom tiles are literally scrubbed, even if it means getting down on hands and knees. The dirt comes up and all that is left is a shine. The kitchen counters truly sparkle from being clean, like the name of the agency. At first when I found out that the price would be in a range rather than a flat fee, I was hoping it would be at the low range. Didn't quite understand why it wasn't one price quote. After I looked into other cleaning services, I found out that it was usual for some to quote a range, since much of it depended on the unforeseen ""dirt"" that had to be removed and the time it actually took. All in all, I am very satisfied with Ann and her services and would highly recommend her. Oh no, I read through my review to see if I have any typos and realized it sounds like a bloody commercial. Didn't mean for it to, I just get excited and keep rambling on ... ooops, like now. OK, I'm done.
