I can’t say enough good things about the manner in which Choate’s handled my air duct cleaning. From the initial phone call to the inspection/estimate appointment to the service crew, they were on time, professional, courteous, informative, respectful of my home, and thorough. They were even patient with my three annoying dogs. When they left, it was as if they’d never been there….no mess for me to clean up. Choate’s has customer service down to an art form....and it this day and age, that's hard to find. It was my first experience with this firm but definitely not my last.
In addition, I would highly recommend air duct cleaning to anyone considering it. It has definitely cut down on dust particles so that's a sure sign it was effective.
