I came home one evening to find that my A/C system had given out and my house had heated up to eighty-five degrees. Even though it was six in the afternoon, I tried calling Choate's to see if they could send a technician over to fix the A/C for me. I really didn't expect them to respond so quickly and so late in the evening, but by nine that night a technician had arrived to service the system. The technician was wonderful and he had the A/C system cooling the house back down in under thirty minutes. Overall, the service was excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about Choate's.
