Horrible service. Couldn't be worse. I have to go every week for over ten years to look after the grave myself. Nothing is done ever. They damaged the grave several times and I had to complain several times for each case. No aftercare. You order stuff, pay for it and then have to go and check and call to get it done. The company cares only about your money. No Dignity\r
at all. Stuff very rude. They promise and NEVER deliver. In Summer no watering the graves you have to go at least twice a week to do it yourself. If it is a funeral nearby they damage the grave 100%. You have to plant your own grass and kill the weeds - they wouldn't do it.\r
Grand Ripp off and abusing people in the face of tragedy.
