Dr Read had just purchased the practice from a retiring dentist. My first encounter was for a teeth cleaning. He did not feel it was important enough to inform patients that for that day he would not be available. Never saw a doctor and I had to schedule a follow up to meet with him to consult on a tooth. The second visit the office was freezing and after 45 minutes I still waiting in the waiting room and I left. He does not care about his patients.
