Review content:
I am disappointed with the Farmington Aspen Dental office by the Sports Authority. I specifically scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. I go there and I wait over an hour only to have the dentist look in mouth and poke around with a dental instrument. I'm told to schedule another appointment for cleaning. Apparently the office does not do cleaning on the first visit. The receptionist failed to mention this when I called and specifically made an appointment for a cleaning. \r
To top it off they push for unnecessary dental x-rays. I refused and the dentist actually remarked that he could not clean my teeth without them. I do understand the need for annual x-rays but this was just unreal. I've never had dental problems and had x-rays within the last year. It's not like I was going in for oral surgery or something. \r
The staff is friendly but so what? It doesn't really mean much since they are lacking in experience and communication skills. \r
Also I was set back by the type of set up. I
