Christine and Jessica literally saved my life! I went to them on 10/02/10 to have them diagnose what sounded to me like my tires were truck rather than passenger vehicle tires - sort of a roaring. To my shock, especially after having just returned from a 1500 mile trip, they told me that I could not drive my car at all because the bearings (sealed) were like gravel and my right wheel assembly could actually fly off! No replacement part could be found anywhere (not even the dealership), so the part had to be ordered and I had to rent a car. I was thankful that I was alive, but a bit rattled, so Christine called around to find me a rental car. The only one available that Saturday morning was at Clw/St. Pete Airport, so Jessica drove me over there and waited outside the door to make sure that all was well before she drove off. They fixed my car on Monday when the part came in, called me and I returned my rental to the airport. Jessica picked me up at the airport and took me back to
