This was my first visit to Hummel and I was very impressed. Unlike other shops I have called or done business with the personel at Hummel were polite, did not act as if they were in a hurry for you to explain the problem, and were able to service my car quickly.\r \r Their waiting room and restroom is clean, which means a lot to women, so if you had to wait you would feel comfortable. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. I left the car and waited for someone to call me later. \r \r Christine, one of the owners, called to explain what they found \r ( which another un-named shop could not find) and then explained in detail what was needed to fix it. They do not make you feel stupid if you aren't sure of the terminology and I felt fine asking questions if need be. My car no longer has the whining noise when I drive( thank goodness for quit driving).\r \r After going to dealerships for my Sebring (always an unpleasent experience) other shops ( slightly less of an unpleasent experie
