Throughout my lifetime I've dealt with car repairs as if they were a foreign language. Stuart Hummel became my patron saint years ago, when he not only fixed my problems, but did it inexpensively and quickly. Upon learning the shop had been sold, I could have been devastated. Instead, I found the new owners to be equally customer-oriented, and considerably knowledgable. Due to it's age, my '91 Corolla has required maintenance and repair. Each and every time I take it to Hummel Tire & Auto, I learn more about the car, and the problems are resolved, quickly and for as little money as possible. The owners take the time to explain the problem, offer suggestions and assistance in avoiding subsequent problems. They are pro-active and thorough. Not many other places would pick up or deliver, and none that I know of, really care about ensuring your car is not only repaired but safe and properly maintained.
