Absolutely horrible. Whatever you do don't use this insurance agency. I called them every month to pay my bill for 3 years. Every once in a while I would forget and be a day or two late and they would call me, I would pay for two months instead of one and it was all good. Untill this summer. I forget to call them, and next thing I know I get a letter saying they sent me to collections for $25... Oh and they canceled my policy without telling me for two months. This is really helpful because after 3 years of renters and 8 of auto insurance I finally need to make a claim but I can't, because I don't have insurance apparently.\r
STAY AWAY!!
