ATROCIOUS!!! If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! Where do I even begin?!\r We used this company for shuttle buses to bring our wedding guests to and from the venue and hotels. We got word from our guests of the awful service this company provided.. (ie. door of the bus was flapping open and close on the freeway, bus driver used profanity and offensive language while responding to a family member who was asking where they were, my husband's grandmother fell getting off the bus due to the bus driver not getting the step out to help her down, the list goes on and on). BUT, the story really gets bad when I chose to call the company and speak to the manager about the service. After a handful of times trying to get a hold of the manager, he (who told me his name was Tony by the way) finally called me back and we spoke about how I was a disappointed customer and this company prides themself on excellent service. After having to basically convince him (which I was shocked that he didn't do what he could to make a customer happy who would then refer more business to him), he verbally agreed to reimburse us for a portion of the amount we spent (we paid almost $1500). Days went by, and we didn't hear back after he told me he'd call me back 2 hours later and email me the paper work to do the reimbursement. My husband and I both called multiple times and when Tony was never available, we decided to speak with another man who was available. He told us his name was Carlos and that he was a bus driver and couldn't really help us with the current situation. We reminded him of the situation and how unhappy we were. Well, he proceeded to put us on hold and then put us through to another representative who I'd already spoken with. BUT, here's where the story gets unbelievable. Come to find out, through the representative who wasn't the sharpest or the best at keep up with her boss's lying schemes, the man we spoke with WAS TONY and not only that, HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, and his real name is HUSSEIN!!! So, recap: The OWNER of the company has lied multiple times, pretended he was 2 other people, and repeatedly still did not honor his original promise of the reimbursement.\r My husband and I were livid! Who runs a company and is so much of a coward that he can not even be honest about who he is?! It wasn't until we told them at the end of the convo that we knew exactly who that was that we were talking to and we were going to get our attorney involved, that they finally sent us a release form that next Monday in order to reimburse us. Here we are 3 weeks later from the time we signed and submitted the reimbursement form (4 weeks from the original conversation with Tony) and we still have not been given our money!\r To be totally honest, I am not one to put down another's business when a right is wronged, because I know everyone makes mistakes from time to time. However, after being played for a month now and being completely appalled that a business would be run this way, I want EVERYONE to know who they are dealing with! There are plenty of other limo companies that are great to use in Houston, so whatever you do, DO NOT USE ROYAL CARRIAGE LIMOUSINE!!!!
