Review content:
This was the first time I used Consumer Electric. They had a bunch of positive points, and one negative point. They were able to come out on labor day weekend, which was definitely a plus. I had called a few competitors and they were all on vacation.
They were also fairly quick from the time I called them to set the appointment to the time they came to perform their service for me. The technician was smart enough to identify the problem really quickly
and solve it. He was also able to explain everything to me. The whole service took a little less than an hour.
The only negative I had was that I was quoted the wrong price. The final price was about a hundred dollars more than what I was told. I'd still recommend them.
