It's odd that they received such a glowing review. I had the exact opposite experience. I called to get my store cleaned from a sewage back up and was told they'd be there in the morning at a certain time. When they didn't show up, I called to find out when they'd be there. I was told they'd be there when they get there. I asked to speak to the gentleman I talked to the night before and was told he wasn't in.
I had told the person who answered that I just needed to know when they would be at my store, I couldn't move around my stock room and was told that I should "Go **** and they'd be there when they get there."
Needless too say, I think I'll take my business elsewhere. I really don't need to spend my money on a 'professional' cleaning company that doesn't seem too concerned about professional cleanings in emergency situations.
