When we bought our home several years ago, the weekend we moved in the septic tank backed up. We call RotoRooter because at the time we had been told the septic tank had been pumped during escrow. Roto Rooter came and snaked the lines. Once again 2 months later we had what we thought was a blockage. Roto Rooter came again and dug up the septic and found it was completely full. I called our escrow office and found out that Honest Johns had been the company who was to pump the tank during escrow. My new neighbor told us that she saw the truck drive up, but the man never got out. After much complaints and headache and threats of legal action Honest Johns sent someone to pump the tank. Beware!!
