came in for an oil change using the letter/$24.95 coupon expiring on 11/17. After waiting for the oil change, I paid the bill for 49.00. Larry told me it was because the car takes synthetic oil, okay, I understand that. But, part of that fee was a $10.00 labor charge, when did you start charging extra for a labor charge? Also, don't send me anymore coupons thanking me for my patronage and offering a 24.95 oil change when I can't use it. Your records should show that this vehicle used synthetic oil. Annually I spend a considerable amount of money at Bunge having both my cars serviced there. Next time I get a $24.95 coupon for an oil change on a letter from you (Steve) I am going to hold you to it, even if the oil is made out of gold . Randy
