I feel this is the WORST store Sprint could possibly have. The store rep Mark, actually LIED about the price of the phone. He 1) said the phone was an incorrect more expensive price, 2) lied about applying a coupon on the account. 3) then the manager promised a credit and failed to give credit even after promising on 3 different occassions. I was a great Sprint customer. Account alway on time, purchased 2 phones each year. If they treat me this way, they will treat anyone that way. I can't believe they are legally allowed to remain open.
