My 2003 Malibu needed a replacement hub/bearing assembly and oil change.
I dropped the car off without an appointment around 1pm, and they had it up on lifts, with a call to update, within an hour.
They also found a very loose tie-rod, and gave me a discount on replacement and alignment.
My car was done by noon the next day. Overall, I'm completely satisfied. The quote I was given over the phone was what I paid in the store, and couldn't be happier with my experience.
