As soon as I walked up to the counter at this location the other day, I should have trusted my gut instinct and walked away. The immediate vibe I received from the customer service/salesman was very chilly. Since he didn't bother giving me his name, the only name I have is from his invoice that states he was salesman *022* He seemed to have an attitude and he told me to park in the special area and *wait* as if I was bothering him. I was there to replace a tire that had blown out. I guess I made the mistake of coming in with the spare and since the car happened to be a luxury suv and I was female I guess he assumed I was desperate and naive which is why he proceeded to try and rip me off hardcore! The first thing he told me after I waited outside for about 10 minutes, was that I should get all my tires changed. When I didn't agree he seemed agitated that I only needed one tire changed.
