These guys are crooks. I had to use them as they worked with my home warranty company. They came to my house, took the broken pump off of my furnace, proceeded to stomp fresh mud into my freshly steamed white carpet (the house was about to close on sale) and wouldn't tell me what it would cost to fix it. I was told my home warranty company would take care of it. Well, the warranty company didn't cover it. They charged me $400 for a $79 condensate pump and the, literally, two whole minutes they took to change it out. To top it all off, they installed it wrong and it came back on my home inspection as still broken. They then proceeded to charge me another $95 to fix what they did wrong in the first place. They, Jim, had the audacity to say I moved the pump from where it was installed. No one was under my house but them and I don't even know where that part was installed. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS.
