Stuart Andrus/owner, spoke with me and promised that after cleaning my furniture he would bring my articles to a climate control storage near me. I wanted to clean out the junk that I wanted to get rid of. After signing the contract he was not nice as he was when he sold the job. Did not do as promised and bring my belongings near me because he is over a hour away.
First of all he was paid 3 weeks after taking my things because I did sign something saying the insurance company could pay him...Don't do that because all was paid for and when returned to me my furniture was broken, scratched and smelled all of mildew. One room of my home had my leather furniture and he did not remove that furniture but put a humidity machine in that room and my beautiful leather sofa was totally molded.
When I spoke to him asking him why didn't he claim damage and let me have new furniture. He will tell you like me... "The furniture was fine whatever you did with it was your problem" I am infuriated with his treatment of me and lying to me about returning my furniture near me where I could go through it.
Now I see why, the furniture was mildewed, molded and scratched. I feel mistreated, lied to and will not suggest anyone use this Serve Pro because they get paid before you have an opportunity inspect my things. The owner Stuart Andrus is a calloused, once he has been paid.
This is now your choice.
