I have lived in this complex for over 4 years and I have seen great and mediocre management. The lady that is currently running the show is abysmal. I don't understand how she got this position. I'm currently a manager at the Atlanta airport I work in a heavy traffic area with complaints. She needs to take business class as soon as humanly possible. WHEN a customer has a complaint you are to stay until it is resolved. you don't leave for the day!!!!!!!
