Review content:
Was caught in SanJose with front pads going metal to metal. I was charged $111 for brake pads, $207 for two new "white box" rotors and $140 for an install. $458!! Thats' for ONE end of the truck. I had to wait two and one-half hours. Six weeks later my rotors are warped. My option to drive over two hours back to San Jose and pound on a counter was not entertained. Premium Quietcast Bosch rotors are $70 ANYWHERE, premium Bosch pads are $40. It takes an hour to do this job right, most shops are $90 to $125 an hour. Bottom line, I'll NEVER trust these guys with any car of mine again, overpriced shoddy parts, ridiculous wait times. I have more than 40 years experience wrenching and racing cars, and doing my own service. This repair didn't even come CLOSE to what the average shade tree mechanic could do on a pair of jack stands with a six pack on a Sunday.
