Review content:
I would not recommend this dentist. I went in as a new patient and it was out-of-network with my insurance. I had read some reviews and thought I would try it out. I had a bad experience. They made me feel guilty for not wanting x-rays (because it was out-of-network) and I thought I would have to pay extra. I had just booked for a teeth cleaning and they told me I could only "potentially" get a teeth cleaning without my x-rays, even though my old dentist had sent them my x-rays from a year ago. Not good customer service, besides the front desk. Also felt like they were trying to force me to get x-rays and walked out feeling taken advantage of once I got my bill. Not a good experience in my opinion. Will not be going back. RESPONSE FROM Reynolds Mountain Dentistry: Updated xrays are a crucial part of a new patient exam, and are the standard of care mandated by the NC Dental Board. We will not treat our patients below the standard of care, but it was not our intention to make you feel pressured. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns, and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Best, RMD
