Most of these complaints are just plain stupid.\r

People did not read contract.\r
People did not seek help. ( 100 service call, really? )\r

There are many of the same people making the same complaint over and over.\r
\r
There are zero unresolved Better Business Bureau complaints. A company of this size will always do business with somebody who ends up with an ax to grind but the facts speak for themselves.\r
