After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! A 5yr lease WILL increase annually 15% along with your maintenance contract! This will NOT be disclosed to you when we signed their contract and the lease company will tell you the vendor (Pacific Office) can change it. When you ask them to do this for you, they will say ""sorry, you signed it and there's nothing we can do...unless we signed another 5yr lease""!\r \r Their techs will show up 4-5 days later, multiple times and will tell your staff they are NOT factory trained to work on the machine(s) you have, and will blame management for not having them trained properly...BUT its all good because they are having a huge party tonight where everyone is getting hammered, of course in the office. \r \r The only time you see your sales rep is when they want to sell you something and that's made possible by techs not taking care of the equipment you paid good $$$ for. If you upgrade your equipment early ALL remaining payments will be wrapped into the new lease, BUT they won't tell you that. \r \r I would encourage you to contact a company that is honest and their staff actually sleeps well at night knowing their customers are being taken care of and nothing is hidden.
