I live in Newark, DE and called Roto-Rooter for service and they were able to come out that same day. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I needed my sewer line unclogged because the water kept backing up in my basement floor drain. I had a different plumbing company come the prior day and they were unable to unclog it. They said I would have to get my yard dug up to get out whatever was clogging up the pipe which would have cost me 6K! Then I decided to call Roto-Rooter to see if they could do anything. They use similar machinery to snake the drain and was successfully able to clear out the stubborn clog. I was so glad the technician Harry knew exactly what to do and got the job done for under $400. I wish I had called Roto-Rooter in the first place to fix my problem and I would definitely recommend them.
