I have suffered through two exsisting situations with Mr. Bill Granger Of Bethalto, and each time I was told that there was nothing he could do, It wouldn't be worth my time. So, the plants in my backyard get killed by my neighbors new glass sunroom they built two years ago because of reflections, and I have an active leak within my kitchen ceiling. Both left for me to remedy upon my own.
