I was very disappointment in the service I received. I went on the web and found the City Florist in Jackson, TN. I placed a $121.69 order on 10/17/14.. I was told that was the amount that would come out of my checking account. When it cleared the bank I was charged $171.69. it was side marked WES BERRY FLOWER DELIVERY.
I do not know how that came about...but it was a shock to find I was scammed. I explained the issue to the City Florist office. and they remembered my order...So what was the big mix up....Overcharged $50.00, I a NOT HAPPY. The flowers were beautiful...but still no response from WES BERRY FLOWER DELIVERY... I Should have been told there was a delivery charge.
