Review content:
I brought my daughter's ferret in when she suddenly became lethargic and could hardly move. We had no idea what was going on but the staff was very quick to show their concern and took her in right away. They had to do surgery and eventually found a very small piece of glass that had caused other subsequent damage to her little system. They did everything they could, above and beyond anything I could have expected but she eventually passed. The doctor and the staff were all very much as sad as we were over the loss of such a sweet family member. They even sent a card that they all signed, each including their own sentiments about the loss. We had "Simi" cremated and were surprised again when we went to get her and she was in a beautiful little redwood box with her name engraved on a little brass plate. This was my daughter's first pet that she could call her own and everything they did from start to finish made it so much easier on her because she knows they did everything they could. We will be returning with our other pets as well as my own ferret and I will make a point in recommending this clinic every opportunity I get.
