Businiess name:  Bill Utter Ford
Review by:  Mark S.
Review content:
the second vehicle I have bought from Bill Utter. This purchase was for my wife. It was a toss up between a Jeep Cherokee and Ford Escape. I went to the Jeep Dealer three times and I still do not know the selling price. They would not talk discount price just list until I gave them my SSN and credit check. I decided not to give them my SSN as we are talking price not credit. I went to Utter Ford and in 30 minutes not only got a price on an Escape Platinum but a 0% quote on financing based on my word I had good credit. Utter didn't try the car dealer game and can't answer questions until they run credit BS. In addition the Jeep dealer didn't know squat about the Cherokee Trail Hawk. I new more from 20 minutes on the web. The Utter Sales rep Mario knew his products well (I also drove an Escort and a Flex.) Overall a good transaction that I felt comfortable with and actually comparing deals on the web I got a good price as well. Keep up the good service. We appreciate not getting treated like a 1977 used car salesman.
