Review content:
Mike Feldman has been our insurance agent for more than a decade and has been absolutely terrific. He never tries to "sell" but is always there for us. We have homeowners and car insurance through him, as well as an umbrella policy. Our car has been smashed while parked twice in this period, and each time Mike was promptly and totally helpful. He has also been available to answer any and all questions completely and patiently, even when I have asked him the same thing twice in a row. I have compared my Allstate car policy Iwith two other offers (by Geico and Liberty) that promised to save me money. Both would have saved me at most maybe $15 a year. Geico, by the way, refused to give us homeowners insurance because we are "less than two miles away from an open body of water." That body of water? THE GOWANUS CANAL!!
