Review content:
Have rented from enterprise for many years and they are always great, however my most recent rental was a mess- I rented a car for a co-worker and called ahead and was told if it was on my account with them and the person had their drivers license we would be good, when they got there they changed to I had to come and show all my information- turned into several hours wasted and late start for my co-workers- they were apologetic and tried to help the best they could but my overall satisfaction with them has certainly dropped and future problems would most likely result in switching who I rent from- am a club member with them and have been and rent quite frequently- the overall quality at enterprise has shown some cracks recently
