My Mom didn't receive her flowers for her birthday until 5 days later!!!! Completely unacceptable. I was so embarrassed. She said the flowers were nice but the delivery was horrible. I bought from them before and they delivered them to the wrong address (the one I used last time). I even included my Mom's cell number in case she wasn't at either location and she never got a call. I'll never use them again. 5 days? Are you kidding me!!!
