Review content:
I received an arrangement of flowers from my wonderful husband on Valentine's Day from Gilda's. It arrived before lunch. It looked beautiful for all intents and purposes, until that afternoon when the flowers on the "sides" began to wilt and die. I knew this was too quick for the flowers to die, so I pulled the wilted ones out to investigate the problem only to discover that the flower stem was short and dry. Who ever arranged the flowers had not used their brain and cut the stems short and instead of realizing that fact and fixing it...they let it go out that way. It shows a lack of care and poor skills. I thought about calling, but I don't really want to get the KW snide customer service which resembles the "northern screw you culture" more than the "southern hospitality culture".
